10.0 Yield Table The View Existing Yield function will open the window shown below. This window displays all the output data generated by either VDYP or TIPSY, depending on the yield type used for the existing stand, for the particular polygon. This will display the yields that will be used for the first harvest of the existing polygon. Caution: A polygon that is being displayed may not have a yield table that is current. If modifications have been made to a polygon and one or more of the yields are not up to date an asterisk (*) will appear after the polygon number. To update the yields, choose Calculate Yields from the Yield menu. Harvest Parameters may also be adjusted per polygon in this screen. Changing the Minimum Amount for dbh, vol/ha and Age will result in revisions to the number of years required to reach those parameters, which will be displayed in boxes below. These ages are derived from the yield table at the left. Note: Crown Closure for TIPSY yields will be reported as zero, since TIPSY does not require Crown Closure as a variable. If no yield data exist for the current yield table, the following message will be shown. The table will be empty, and there will be no yield curves.
