Appendix 14 - 5 Reporting 5.1 Is there a way to print out the Time/Volume or Age Distribution graphs? Yes. The graphs must first be viewed by choosing which graph you need from the 'Graph' menu in the Calculations screen. To save the graph choose 'Save Image' from the 'File' Menu. To use the clipboard, choose 'Copy Image' from the 'Edit' Menu. Then switch to the application that you wish to paste the graph into, then choose 'Paste' from the 'Edit' Menu. Note only one image or piece of text can be saved in the clipboard at a time.
