Help Screen.
  • New help screen was added (shown as "?").

Find PSYU (Region and Compartment)
  • RC_TABLE.DAT was updated to reflect the updated information in VDYP.
Mapsheet Polygon List (polygon screen)
  • is shown next to polygons that need yield information updated (previously in version 2.00 but sometimes caused a Runtime Error 5).
  • View Future and Existing buttons disable when * is next to polygon.
  • Mapsheet name has been limited to 7 characters throughout program.
  • Tab distance has been adjusted for improved formating.
  • Return user to last polygon worked on when entering polygon data screen.
Site Index & Crown Closure
  • SI and CC calculated by VDYP will be displayed on the Polygon data screen in square brackets.
  • Set SI and CC to [TBA] if not yet calculated.
Species Codes
  • Add Surrogate Species list for TIPSY.
Harvest Parameters
  • If harvest parameters will never be met then the harvest age is set to 999 so the polygon will never be harvested.
Calculate Yields
  • Ignore deleted polygons.
  • Report warning if Crown Closure is less than 10%.
  • Report warning if average Crown Closure over the woodlot is less than 10%.
  • Report warning if average VAF (Volume Adjustment Factor) is less then 50%.
  • Bold number of polygons to recalculate.
  • Enlarge error and warning boxes.
  • Tab delimited error and warning boxes for improved formating.
Calculate Screen - Precalculation checks
  • Check some polygons are going to be harvested.
  • Planning Horizon is greater than harvest delay.
  • Max Iterations of 100.
  • Turn off harvest parameter checks on partial cut stands.
Import CSV
  • Import either "P" or "1" for planted and "N" or "0" for natural.
  • Ignore blank rows in CSV.
  • Ignore blank columns in CSV.
  • remove case sensitive on species codes.
  • update species codes to new MOF on import (was displayed correctly but not working with VDYP or TIPSY).
  • use only first letter of ownership.
Export CSV
  • Add VSiteIndex and VCalcSI.
VDYP Calculation
  • Fix error in VDYP formatting.
  • Set species with 0% composition to blank.
  • Set Yield curves to blank before importing new ones.
  • Check file imported from VDYP to make sure it is complete.
TIPSY Calculation
  • Check file imported from TIPSY to make sure it is complete.
  • Change range to 0 to 350 not 10 - 350.
  • Set Yield curves to blank before importing new ones.
  • Export correct OAF if set to default.
Report Writer
  • Remove deleted polygons from report.
  • Correct reporting VDYP data instead of TIPSY.
  • Change wording of height constraint.
  • Show correct harvest age for TIPSY / TIPSY blocks.
  • Report shows calculated VDYP CC.
Summary Screen
  • Remove culmination from harvest parameters.
Woodlot Defaults
  • Reload INI file when New is selected.
  • Default Polygon does not overwrite OAF1 and 2.
Opening a LOT File
  • Check file exists before loading.
  • Check file version information.
